The Train Has Arrived
The TC Days’ opening program commenced at 10:30 AM today, September 24, 2013, at the Bunzel building lobby. With Mr. Benedict Salise hosting the event, the TC Days opening program was filled with presentations, invitations, and speeches. The ceremonial ribbon cutting was presided over by Mr. Buma-at and Mrs. Algoso of the Office of Students Affairs together with Mr. Patrick Dy, the president of the CEC. After an amazing performance from the band Finding Mona Lisa, the officers of the Collegiate Engineering Council were recognized as well as the organizers and the sponsors.
The head organizers for the main events for this week also invited all Carolinians to participate in the big events such as the Zumba night which will be held tomorrow, the Praise Jam concert, to be held on Thursday, Flair, on Friday, and the most anticipated event of the week, Mr. and Ms. TC, to be held on Saturday.
The Office of Student Affairs also announced the uniform exemption for this week, September 23- September 28, 2013. After the invitations had been announced, the Mr. and Ms. TC candidates were presented to the people.
Each of the four colleges in the Talamban Campus will be holding a number of events from Wednesday until Friday, coming together each night for the major event of the day.
